TORONTO, ON – Saying “yes” to ENCORE paid off for Robin Duncan of Burlington. She matched all seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the March 8, 2022 LOTTO MAX draw to win $1 million!
Robin says she has been playing the lottery weekly for about 10 years. “LOTTO 6/49, LOTTO MAX and ONTARIO 49 are all my favourite games to play,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.
The sales associate and mother said she always checks her tickets using the OLG App. “I saw Big Winner appear on the screen and I thought I won $1,000 at first. I started comparing the numbers and I realized I won $1 million,” she recalled. “I was in shock!”
Robin plans to put her win towards her retirement. “I will celebrate with a trip to the beach to relax in the sun,” she smiled.
ENCORE offers 22 ways to win and can be played in conjunction with most lottery games for an extra $1. There is an ENCORE draw every day.
OLG is booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.
