Toronto, ON – The LOTTO MAX odds have shone in favour of Stephen Rossiter of Salford! He won a MAXMILLIONS prize worth $1 million in the July 21, 2023 LOTTO MAX draw.

Stephen, 63, said he’s been playing the lottery for more than 10 years. He enjoys playing LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49, and LOTTARIO. This is his first big win!

Stephen checked his ticket on the OLG App and discovered he won big. “I was in disbelief and didn’t know if it was real,” he shared, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “To be honest, it only started to set in when I got here!”

With his win, Stephen looks forward to planning for his future. “It’s an amazing feeling,” he said. “There are many organizations close to my heart that I want to support. Going forward, I will continue playing.”
