Toronto, ON – Anastasios Kavalas of Nepean can “find his possible” after winning a LOTTO 6/49 prize worth $1 million in the Gold Ball Draw on February 7, 2024. He also won $10 on another one of his LOTTO 6/49 selections on the same ticket, bringing his total winnings to $1,000,010!
Anastasios, who works as a service technician, says this is his first big win and he enjoys playing LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49 for the opportunity to win big.
“The day after the draw, I had a feeling to check my ticket so I used the OLG app and I couldn’t believe it!” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his windfall. “I checked multiple times. I told my fiancé and she couldn’t believe it either. My family kept checking the ticket to make sure I actually won $1 million!”
Anastasios will put his win toward home renovations, a new vehicle and invest for his future.
“It feels like I’m on cloud nine,” he concluded.
